  • Collect all assessments and other charges due the association
  • Maintain accounting records and provide monthly financial statements to the Board
  • Attend any regularly scheduled Board meetings to discuss financial records
  • Submit annual budgets for consideration and financial planning
  • Assist with other accounting functions or special projects
